Ruth Theme

Here's an underdeveloped theme.  So... Let's get some ideas for it.

Naomi
(Gold)
-May band Elimelech to search deck for Mahlon and Kilion and place them in your territory.

Elimelech
(Gold)
-May band to Naomi.  Hero has access to all sites

Mahlon
(Gold)
-Search deck/discard pile for Orpah and put her in play. Hero may band to Orpah. Banding CBP.

Kilion
(Gold)
-(Same as Mahlon but bands to Ruth instead)

Orpah
(Gold)
-(insert swesome special ability)

Ruth
(Gold)
-While Ruth remains in play, protect all abilities of heroes with a Ruth reference from decreasing below face value. CBN.

Threshing Floor
Gold Fortress
- You may place any hero with a Ruth reference in fortress. During prep phase, you may remove a hero from fortress to search deck or discard pile for an enhancement that contains food and place on the removed hero.  The next time that hero enters battle, regardless of brigade, the enhancement activates and is removed from the game.

There some more things that could add to the theme but my lunch is almost over :(.

are they all good gold or are some of them bad because Orpah and probably Mahlon should be evil gold

Why?  The son was just the son of Naomi and Orpah was just doing what Naomi was basically begging her to do.  Why would that make them evil?

However, I was thinking of having it where Orpah convert to evil if Naomi leaves the field of play.

Yea... Not the best card creator and was tryibg to rush.

Anyone have Ruth card thoughts they would like to see?

Mahlon: Bland
Kilion: Bland
Orpah: If a Ruth Hero is in play, take an opponents OT site and place it in your territory to discard an OT evil character, regardless of protection.
Ruth: Bland. Make it Protected from discard.
Threshing Floor: OK.

Judges already have OT Gold so the Ruth theme will eventually be White, which does not have a major OT theme but several mini-themes (Musicians, Daniel & Ruth).

Completely UP'd, either the fortress or the hero's needs to be more powerful or make some good food enhancements. Also boaz needs to be reprinted and the guy that could've married ruth but turned down the offer, can't remember the name.

If ruth or orpah are in battle, interrupt the battle to band in their husband, father or mother in law, or second husband into battle to discard a male and female evil character. Cannot be Negated.

I chose gold because a quick search revealed that, besides Ruth (who has no sa), most good ruth cards are gold.  I kept it gold so people would use the old boaz and ruth meets boaz.

The person who didn't want to marry Ruth didn't have a name.

A ruth/daniel deck would be interesting.
