Is there a reason you gave the Horsemen "may use X brigade" identifiers rather than just making them dual brigade?

Well, partly that RC can't do Dual brigades yet, but I thought it would be interesting to have it as an identifier so an Opponent won't get a bigger bonus by cards that rely on that like Asher.

If you're going to make it an ability, just put it in the special ability. I don't think we really need to get into special abilities as identifiers. (don't even get me started on Taunt)

Well, it's not really an ability. As it is right now, they are mean't to be Dual Brigades.

Updated with better images and some changed effects! Please let me know if anyone would like to indulge why they don't like Death and Hades, etc...
And I changed Rising Food Prices to be Brown so The Third Horseman can use it.
