I like them, but on blasphemous mouth, I think it should say beater instead of holder. Generally holder means player that has the card not character that it's on.

Beast of the Sea is a little OP. He's a CBN auto-block (against lone heroes) with a few ECs in play.

That's partly because I'm redefining holder as the card it's on, but I can change them if I need too.
I don't have a Beast of the Earth in there yet, but if u mean Beast of the Sea, then I meant to put 'in territory' on him.

Yeah, art on demonic stuff can be tricky, but concepts of the special abilities are good.

Demonic Healing is OP. The only card in the game (that I know of) that lets you add brigades to your own card is a good set aside enhancement that takes like 3(?) turns for 2 brigades. DH being rainbow and just requiring a demon in play seems like not enough of a cost.

Actually it's 4 turns, but we already have cards like Enchanter that sneak their way into using cards from other brigades, so I don't think it's too crazy, especially since it can be harmful against cards like Asher or Twin Bears.

I think the art on Image of the Beast (the character) is a bit inappropriate. He's completely naked except for a small fire hiding his naughty bits....
Also, on the topic of Image of the Beast, why do the character and artifact have the same name (especially since they don't even seem to relate to each other at all)?
Mark of the Beast is one heck of a overpowered card. Protect opponent's deck from opponent? Really? That means they can't draw at the beginning of their turn (I believe) so you're effectively shutting them down completely to whatever is in their hand. And on a rainbow TC card at that.

I don't like the pic myself either... The reason why they are the same is because it is the same, the Beast of the Earth brings it to life.
That's because of the controlling of all commerce that the Beast causes because of it. And no, it doesn't stop the Game Rule draw. Check out Revelation 13:17 for that.
I am open to some ideas for pics myself!

It would make more sense, if they're the same thing, to tie them in some way to each other (as opposed to right now when they have nothing in common but the name). Maybe make them a flip card?

I might do that... If I could figure out how... I originally had a Discard Clause on the Artifact, to be the only way to get the Character, but I dropped it since I thought the Unique rule would take care of that.

The unique rule only applies to cards of the same type (you can have Herod's Temple the site and Herod's Temple the fortress in play at the same time, for example).

The point of putting cards in spoiler tags is to be able to quickly locate one in a long post. Putting them all in the same spoiler tag is actually way worse than having no spoiler tags at all.
