Spirit of fear
2/2 orange evil character
Return a hero in battle to owner's territory or discard the top card of any draw pile. If it is a Lost soul, put it in play and discard again. That player may discard a good card from hand instead. otherwise, it cannot be negated.

I like it, but most people will discard a good card instead, so it's a little underpowered. I'd say something like this:

Return a hero in battle to owner's territory or discard the top card of any draw pile. That player may discard half the cards in their hand (rounded up) to negate this. otherwise, it cannot be negated.

Ouch that's actually kinda OP I activate HHI and HoH (in a temple) and suddenly I can block you infinitely. I'm not sure how to fix it though. $:-\$

if you make the whole ability CBN then HoH wouldn't stop it rather than making it "otherwise cannot be negated" this way HoH can't negate any part of the ability

Or you could just make it an instead, then HoH doesn't even try to do anything to it.
