The Redemption Connect card maker is currently the most convenient for casual custom card creators (alliteration, ftw). If you want to get really in-depth with creating stuff, such as dual-color/alignment cards, double-face cards (like Saul/Paul), etc., you'll have to use a photo manipulation software template. I have a Photoshop template that I modified from one Gabe made available awhile ago if you'd like me to share that with you.
