I don't know that this actually targets any cards as written, lol. Did you mean to say "in the special ability" rather than "in the title"? I can't think of any cards that have "capture" or "discard" in the title. Maybe capture, definitely not discard.

I like it. It's not a counter, per se, to those abilities since it doesn't prevent or negate them, but it definitely makes the opponent think before playing them.
