By the way, in the title of the card it's missing a "R" in Prophecy.

so at best this card is either a coat of many colors or a waterd down search (alot of restrictions). Or am i missing something.

Maybe something along these lines?

Prophecy of Isaiah
Green Territory Enhancement
If used by a Prophet and Son of God has not been played, place in your territory. While there, N.T. Female Heroes may use enhancements of all brigades. Discard after 2 uses.
