Except this one isn't bad at all. It would probably be fairly underused however, as even though there are many situations where it might come in handy, I don't know if it would be handy enough to earn a card slot in more than a select few niche decks.

I might make it as follows:

Proclaimed
Good Dominant
"Place this card underneath your draw pile to reveal all hands, a face-down card, or the top card of any deck."
~Luke 12:3

That way it can be used more than once, but it has the drawback of revealing your hand.

At any rate, I would for sure use either version it in my deck discard deck, as I could make sure that my Given over to Egypt or Beheaded won't get a Lost Soul before I use it.

It sure has its uses, and I'm it's not OP'd like most doms.  I'd certainly use it in some of my decks, like prof said, before making a risky move.

I'm sorry it is a great card but we don't need another dominant.
How about a multi good enhancement.
Only 1 in a deck and it would have a minor cost of loss of initiative.
(or could it be territory class?)

Yeah, I'm not sure if I like it being a dominant. I would rather it be an Egyptian enhancement or something.

Muchly.  I vote that the next set be centered around Egyptians.

I wanted it to be useful on your opponent's turn, although if haters gonna hate on even non-staple doms, I could just do:

Proclaimed
0/0 Multicolor Good Enhancement, TC
"Place in your territory: at any time, you may Discard this card to look at one opponent's hand, a face-down card, or the top card of any deck."

That works too.  I dunno how much different it is from a dominant though...

i dont have a problem with it being a dominant...i have a problem with it being really underwhelming for a dominant.

I see this card as a guaranteed extra block or rescue. Also super-useful for a lot of other situations. And more powerful as an Enhancement.

u&t can do this a million times better and its far from a 'guaranteed block or rescue'.

U&T doesn't work on your opponents turn, or after they draw a bunch of cards.

How do you know they didn't just draw Reach and AoCP? Simply put, you don't.

i sincerely hope you're not implying reach + aocp is a guaranteed rescue, especially with the advent of disciples.

likely was not the word used. 'guaranteed' was. as in, 100% failsafe. im curious to find how this card guarantees a block or rescue.

It doesn't.  It allows you to be much more certain about making one or not.

If you build decks properly, you should be able to block/rescue if you know what's in your opponent's hand exactly when you need to.

My evil characters can't be discarded, captured, or converted. All of them. And I think a lot of people will have a similar deck... aocp is outdated. You get rid of their guys, only to find they discard 1 card from their hand and all ecs in their territory are protected with CP.

aocp is still good, but its nowhere near the guaranteed rescue it was before. same with zeal. since the inception of herods temple and the disciples sites, im not sure anything is a guaranteed rescue anymore (well, theres still asaph + magnificat...new splash combo!).

You'd better have Darius' Decree active then. Benedictus + ET + AoCP is just as effective, and only requires one more card.
