Second ability is useless because battle is in play, still OP because lost soul protect and generic band.

Actually the ability (if I read it right) is essentially a balance effect.  If your opponent bands in a string of EC and there are fewer heroes in play than EC they banded in, then you could add a NT hero.  Not as useful, no, but there are situations where it would give your opponent pause on using a band.

My main issue with the card is the toughness, as I'm not a fan of any hero automatically having initiative against everyone but Delegates.  But that's beside the point.

The CBP banding to */6 or less, regardless of brigade, is a bit too much IMO.  I could see some easy abuse of that.

No it still wouldn't work, unless you banded the angel in after blocker is presented, because the ability would do the check before the EC blocked.

I'd drop the band. And I'd change it to be like this:
'If Opponents Evil Characters are more then X, Search Deck for a NT Hero and add it to battle to Protect Lost Souls from Evil Cards. Cannot be Prevented.'

This way, its actually less OP, because now its bad if KoT, Herod the Great, Archelaus, and the other Herod's can't cause it some trouble. But still nice.
They seem pretty lame as fighters maybe we should challenge them to a dance off or a redemption game
