1. Get them hosted online. This can be done using facebook, flickr, or any web hosting service.
2. Get the image's URL (should end in .png, .jpg, or a similar image format).
3. In your forum post use [ img ]
www.imageurl.com/image.jpg [ /img ] (without the spaces) to display the image.
