Interesting ability.  How about instead of draw, use reveal?  Then the ability could be "..., you may reveal 2 cards from either top or bottom of deck and add any revealed evil enhancements to battle.  Enhancements played this way cannot be negated.  Cannot be prevented."

I think that would balance it a little more, and also make it a little less clunky to use.  Or better yet, based on the number of heroes?

"If more than one hero is in battle, you may reveal up to X cards from top or bottom of deck and add any revealed evil enhancements to battle.  Enhancements played this way cannot be negated.  Cannot be Prevented.  X = Number of heroes in battle."
