Phygellus
[Crimson EC | 3/3 | Male, Human, Heretic | II Timothy 1:15]
When a single-color site in battle is returned to territory, you may take it and place it in your territory. May band to Hermogenes.

Hermogenes
[Crimson EC | 3/3 | Male, Human, Heretic | II Timothy 1:15]
Single-color sites in battle lose their brigade. If opponent has more cards in hand than you, you may return a site in battle to territory.

Capturing Fortified Cities
[Crimson EE | 2/4 | Nehemiah 9:25]
If no sites are in battle, add an opponent's unoccupied single-color site to battle. You may discard this card to return a site in battle to territory. Cannot be interrupted.

Kind of wonky and border line op'd or at least the last one is... But I like the different direction your going with the cards.
3 Prophets Packs ftw

"You may add any Site being returned to territory to your territory. May band with Hermogenes"
Pretty OP but only with Hermogenes, so it's almost balanced.

Brown/Crimson
-Heretic-
"Single-color Sites in battle lose their Brigade. If opponent has more cards in hand than you, you may return a Site in battle to territory."
OP if banded in by Phygellus, still pretty powerful on his own, but works with Heretics' site shenanigans theme.

"...return all Sites in battle to territory..."
Make it once per game. It'd be foolish powerful in T2 otherwise.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Since Pol pointed out they could work with the Heretic theme, I changed the 3 cards to crimson. I thought about brown/crimson, but I wasn't sure, so comments on that would be most appreciative.

"You may add any Site being returned to territory to your territory.
I didn't word it like this specifically because I didn't want sites leaving battle during battle resolution to be stolen (as that would make him so very OP it isn't even funny), hence the "by a special ability" modifier.

"...return all Sites in battle to territory..."
Make it once per game. It'd be foolish powerful in T2 otherwise.
I originally had it as "return a site in battle to territory", would that make it more balanced?

I don't see how it'd be foolishly powerful in t2. The only thing I could see it hurting is promised land beings no one uses nj.

II Timothy is O.T.?

I'm pretty sure you don't need "by a Special Ability." You can't use optional triggered abilities during battle resolution.

One site would be better. The last thing we need is someone chillin' out with 6 CP in his territory.
