Title: Philosophy (reprint)
Post by: browarod on June 04, 2011, 01:49:45 AM
Philosophy
[Good/Evil Rainbow Enhancement | Territory-class | -/- | Same verses]
Place in a territory: This card is owned and controlled by the player whose territory it is placed in. After two turns, return to owner's hand.

Random idea I had. It's probably too long of an ability, but meh. Not sure if the restrict does what I want it to, or if it just plain doesn't work. Kudos if you can figure out what I'm trying to do and how to fix the card (if it needs fixing), lol.

There would be a way to word it for territory only, but there isn't a concise way to have the hand aspect of it as well. And considering how horribly, horribly broken that would be, good riddance.

Aww. I'm willing to take out the hand part if you can help me word it properly. Would that still be OP?

It'd be powerful, but not OP.

"Place in a territory: this card is owned and controlled by the player whose territory it is placed in. After two turns, special ability re-activates."

Thanks, but with the colon the ownership and control only lasts while it's placed in a territory, in which case would the return to hand be the original owner or the new owner? Seems like the original owner, which I think makes it more powerful than I intended it to be.

Call me stupid, but, I can't see what that would do.
