I thought Angels and Demons should be focused a little more on attacking each other, and also thought that demons needed a little more power, so here you go! What do you think?

I thought Victory in Heaven kind of encouraged Demons to be used alongside Human EC's, although at first I did think to myself, "Someone is definitely going to say this is OP." Of course, that's why I made it interruptable also (like with, say, Demonic Objective ).
