If you have a Philistine in play, discard all opponents' weapons (except silver) in territory.  Opponents may not play weapon-class enhancements on their human characters if you have a Philistine in play.

Would be useful in T2, where 5x Horses/end the battle card is still fairly popular. I probably wouldn't use it in T1 though.
