1/4 Brown Evil Character
"Discard the top five cards of your Deck (Lost Souls are placed in Land of Bondage) and two cards from hand. Negate the Special Abilities on all Evil Enhancements. After battle, opponent may Discard three O.T. Humans from your territory."

Good thing brown doesn't have a popular card that can discard all the heroes in battle, plus can't be negated.  Oh.

Smart CTB'ers make sure the opponent has no usable enhs in their hand.  :P

I have searched the card list and can't find any brown brigade enhancement that :

I'm pretty sure he was referencing Haman's Plot.

Yeah, Haman's Plot.  Since only one hero was in battle, Haman's Pot would discard all of them.

Possibly the best combo ever. ;) (Besides that one that I recently learned about from Gabe, which I'm not sure if he would be happy with me repeating.)
