Wicked Advice - Good, but I think I'd rather that ability on a character, so it can be done in time. (Job's 3 Friends are Brown, aren't they? Brown might fit the second brigade better than gray.)
Hysteria - "Inverting your deck" would take a while.
I'm sure there's a way to accomplish a similar end with that first part. I do like the last sentence.
Spirit of Monty - I dig it.
Spirit of Anguish - I fear this is too strong. While it can normally only be used for one block, 16 is way overkill. 12 will accomplish must of the same goal. You might want to change the second sentence also to specify that the new character must be your own.
Spirit of Jealousy - I wouldn't use it in its current form, since it's far from a sure thing. Perhaps, "Discard this card to remove a female Hero from the game"?
Hardened Spirit - I like it.
Treacherous Spirit - Seems like something Josh would somehow abuse.
Spirit of Sorrow - I like it, although its stats are too high for a modern enhancement (make it 3/4 or something), and I'd rather it say "convert" than "treat as", but those are minor quibbles.
Spirit of Prophecy - Perhaps add "regardless of brigade" for a little more oomph?
