I like the idea, but these cards are all three ways west of OP.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

While I do agree I did super power some of them, the how is the top idea Op'd?

I'd rather make reprints than make cards that help relics.
May you prosper greatly!

I like reprints as well but I like the idea of being able to use my relics.

Nah, help the relics. That will be best for the game, especially for young players with "junk" cards.  ;D

Good Fortress

 That is so killer!
What if it was a set aside Fortress, and a Hero is set aside there for three turns then gains that ability. Feel the power.

I'm a big supporter of helping out our poor old friends from before all characters had SA's.

Ultimately, my hope for Redemption is that I can be able to open any kind of pack and explain why each and every one of the cards in it can be useful.

Holder May discard a card from hand or play with no special ability to make your opponents do the same.
Your opponent probably won't have a card with no special ability. I don't think you mean "the same."
As a national champion, I support ReyZen deck pouches.

I don't know why you would use this instead of I Am Holy or something (unless you are playing MP).

I would word it more like, "You may discard a card with no special ability from your hand or territory to make opponents discard two cards from their respective hands and/or territories," or "You may discard a card with no special ability from your hand or territory to make opponents discard a card with a special ability from their respective hands or territories."

I like the idea of beefing WoNL, but we've got to get away from the "new players have junk cards" mindset. If anything, this kind of deck will be more difficult for new players to build; how many new players do you know who start their Redemption involvement by buying blue packs when TxP, tins, and Priests are available?

That thought never even crossed my mind. I just like the idea that a vanilla deck would be viable and powerful.
