Title: Next years Tourney Promo

I think a new good or evil dominate should be the tournament winners promo for the 2009-2010 season.

Maybe one of the most recent ideas could be possibles for this
such as...

Fallen Babylon
Plowed and Sown
Redeemed

What do you all think?

I think this would add more competition to tournament and make trading away hard earned tournament winners more valuable.

Maybe these could be for district or state level tournaments or higher, since it would be easier to get these promos at a local tourney of 2 or 3 people.

There should be no new dominants unless they are extremely underpowered and/or situational.

This dominants should also most definitely NOT be tournament promos.

There sa's can be found in the thead about each of them.  However my vote might be for the one I did not create because I don't think it is overpowered.
Plowed and Sown is dominate that discards a fortress.
