I'm not very good at interpreting scripture (especially that written by Paul), but isn't judgement usually considered a generally bad thing for humans to do?
Paul is yelling at the Corinthians because they were dragging other Christians that they had disputes with to human courts, which was causing the outside world to dismiss the whole religion. He was using the "how much more" argument. If we are to one day sit and review the lives and actions of angels, "how much more" should we be able to decide disputes between ourselves about cows and property boundaries, ect. A judge says "not guilty" or "guilty". We are told not to make judgments about people, to leave that to God. But, according to this scripture, for whatever reason, we will judge the lives of angels someday.
Remember, people always consider judgment negative, but it can be positive. David in the psalms was always asking God to judge him! He wanted God to declare him innocent and make his enemies leave him alone.
So, even if we say "that person is so awesome!" we are judging. It's hard not to do.
