looks awesome and I would use it for sitelockout, but how would it work with raider's camp out too?

i assume the fort put in play first would take the hero

In this case, this fortress would always activate first because it should be reworded to be an instead ability.
A simmilar case is D&A vs. Capture cards (assuming you negate Jobs protection).

Raiders camps is a if A happens do B i think this would win cuz its a if A is about to happen instead do C

I agree that it shouldn't be a fortress (atleast not this card, the SA would fit to one).
It's not OP at all, it has a huge escape cost and you can't set-aside your own heroes while this is out.

I agree with JSB. needs a different name. the ability is decent though. I'd like to see more NT themes that aren't Disciples or TGT.
