He's Generic now, so you can have up to 4. Kind of important considering his ability is that he can band to himself

Yes as long as you have another Assyrian in play, he can discard a fortress in set aside which would be Boat

Not quite. Same name + Same brigade or Same art and same brigade = same card for deck building purposes. So you can only have one card named Cherubim in your 50-99 card T1 deck.
Also, why did Joseph get a SERIOUS nerf?
He used to say good CARDS with joe in title / reference are CBN... what caused that to change?

Secret name is actually a huge asset to silver decks. They previously had no site negation, now they have a CBN reusable one.
Silver also got Wheel, which can help you recur your strong angels and buff them too. Cheribum is good in silver as well.
