This has potential to absolutely wreck decks. it is a great image for all humans. I like it. Although, as in interrupt, CBN, it might still be too powerful. and it might be better to make it if use by an O.T. EC. that way it is limited from use with Greeks, Sadducees, and some magicians, while letting it still be used by Canaanites, Philistines, Assyrians, and Antediluvian. great card, though.
There are some key points of power in cards that should be carefully watched when together. Interrupt/negate, winning the battle, and CB- should generally not be on the same card (and if they are, they should not be useful to all decks with that brigade or in all situations). This card has all the points of power with no real limitations and it REMOVES characters, against which there is less protection and through which more devastation is caused than simple discard. This card would basically be Plot, with an interrupt, removal instead of discard, and no tearing. For that kind of power, missing a D3 is easy to handle.Even the CBP option at the end there is probably too strong given what it can do.Theologically, murder should probably only discard; Abel is still listed as a witness after being the first murder victim, as are other martyrs by their example, and God can restore what man destroys.Lastly, numbers are intentionally limited on cards. Total numbers for an EE should very rarely exceed 6.
you could make X=Antediluvians or caananites. that would let it be useful in two defences, plus caananites were notorious for the evil they wrought, including murder among other things.

I like it very much. Canaanites do need a bit of a boost I think.
This is OP. Discard 6 humans (and make sure to avoid giving SI), and then end the battle +6/6 so my opponent can't do anything about it? Yes please. Not to mention how sick this card would be if played during a side battle when you attack. Nuke the blockers and their territory, and they can't do anything about it.
Looks good now, keep it on offense, defense doesn't make sense for murder.
