I feel like there should be themes.

Hobbits: White (because that's where all the misfit themes go)
Men of Gondor: Purple (because they're so full of valor...it's like they're all royalty)
Elves: Silver (or Green...the Valar and Maier could be Silver...) [fairly obvious reasons...probably green though]
Men of Rohan: Red (warriors, I guess...)
Dwarves: Gold (because they like to mine!)
Wizards: Teal (fairly obvious reasons)

Pippin would be White/Purple, and Merry would be White/Red.

I actually really like these... I'll probably change those soon. The Gandalfs, however, were a bit of a joke in the brigades (as BubbleBoy noticed):

So for Saruman, could you discard a good card in their territory, and to negate the capture they could discard a card in your territory?

Like Tom Bombadil. Seems kinda OP since he's protected AND multicolor.

Is Sauron supposed to be a 0/something, or is he supposed to have no numbers? (RC doesn't like 0s in abilities anymore)

Hmm... that wasn't what I was thinking for Saruman, but I guess the current wording could be interpreted that way. I'll be changing it in a minute here.

I guess Tom was supposed to be a little OP, but hey, even him making a rescue attempt is conditional.

Yes, Sauron is 0/0 (since he can't block anyway).

Thank you very much. I've been seriously considering printing these and putting them in sleeves with a bunch of bucklers and other original 2/2 enhancements to try and playtest them.

BUMP to say that the Aragorns are finally working (including on the card gallery on page 1). For some reason the link was broken, but its OK now.
