I like the idea too, this would have been a great card especialy with everyone using at least 10 doms average in a deck!

I like it for a couple reasons. First, because it gives evil characters an advantage, but not an overpowered one. It helps level the playing field a little bit. The flip side of that though, is that it will actually only encourage small defenses for the most part. It would become a staple of those standalone defenses, but all the same.

I love it, and I + 1'd it, but I think it needs a bit of tweaking.

First, protecting lost souls from your opponent's SoG/NJ while still being able to use your own is OP.  If they drop DoN before you flip this up, you basically win. 

Second, it would be ironic if DoN could discard this card.

In light of these two ideas, I'd rephrase it as follows:

"Protect lost souls from Dominants.  Protect evil characters and this card from opponent's dominants.  Cannot be negated."

Thoughts?

True, but I wanted to add something to encourage at least  a little defense.
