That's actually an incredibly strong and potentially great ability

The only problem with counters like this are that you have to get around to them before your opponent jumps to light speed so in a perfect world it lets you play balanced but in the real world of speed vs speed or a lucky draw of power it becomes a race to the counter

This is where we really just need another set like cloud of witnesses that pays attention to a lot of areas of the game and adds a few useful cards to them all to bring them all up to a level of playability so turn one the table is relatively balanced to begin with

But if moses is in play that would negate that

They should make a set called ferocious evil the evil cards could be cloud I'm sick of the New cloud Moses
whipping me

Along with this, i feel that although cards like the "meta hating card" would be very powerful and probably widely played, there are already cards that do these things, like jericho, or asherah pole. some other things are thorns and thistles, HHI, and even PoZ or Abom if you want to punish those pesky 1sam drawing machines.

I agree that these are all good options to deal with the current meta but the problem still is that the meta is really warped right now and while these cards clearly help deal with the deck they don't work well enough to balance the meta. Other options offensively being printed would be good and would provide more diversity but ultimately they have to be different enough and fast enough to deal with the current meta without just warping it further to where defenses just aren't viable. More meta hating cards are needed. I'm not saying they should solely be hating the current meta but they should be at least fast enough and versatile enough to provide more than just a speed bump which seems to be the case for most anti meta cards atm.
