I put the abilities in that order just so she wouldn't be as easily splashed in to other decks. I thinking more along the lines of boosting the N.T. White brigade.

If you want something to not be splashable and to add to a particular theme, then put a condition that requires you to be using that theme. Of course, that means boosting Tomb decks so...
