The only thing is, it will never do anything at all, since once it activates, you have played a good enhancement this turn. :P

But it won't work once the rules lawyers get hold of it. If you play it, you've played a good enhancement, so its SA is ineffective.  ;)

If it was worded, "if you have not played another good enhancement..." then you'd be OK.
