Lol, the first thing I thought of when I read the ability was, "That's a lot of work."

Staple soul, but it seems like a misnomer.

Maybe:

ID: X = # of your good brigades

"Decrease your Heroes by X/*. While this card is in a Land of Redemption, if this player draws due to his special ability, he draws 1 less."

Basically TgotW as a LS, with a seriously hindering ability when rescued, kind of like how the anti burial soul was back in the day. Decreasing your Heroes by the more brigades you control makes sense to me, as you're spreading work out, suffering from 'lazy' deckbuilding.

That's a bit more slothful.
