Do people just use a program to edit in the card or is there one to use to do this?  I don't got skills to make them look real good, was just curious. Thanks

Yeah, most people use the card creator on Redemption Connect.

You did respond in the topic, which you shouldn't have, lol. The Gallery threads are for card submissions only.

I agree with Underwood: your best bet if you want an easy way to make cards is to use the RC cardmaker. The other ways require some skill with image editing software and templates.
