Few comments...

"Return" should be "release."

"opponent's" should be "an opponent's" or "opponents'" depending if you want it to target one opponent or be able to hit multiple opponents in multi-player.

IMO, I think an X without limit has potential to be too strong (i.e. in MP you reveal 4 hands and then target only one opponent who then loses all his ECs). Perhaps something like this would be more balanced:

"If used by an O.T. Hero, all players reveal their hands: release a captured Hero and underdeck an Evil Character from the territory of each player who has one or more evil dominants in hand. Cannot be prevented."

I could also see it dropping the "evil" condition and just being "each player with a dominant in hand" but that would be something decided in playtesting I think.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Solid card. The word "toward" in the scripture verse has an extra "c" on the end. Also, I think "Lord" might be lowercase caps.

Would I be correct in assuming your expansion will have a Green brigade Moses that isn't FBTN so this can be played on him?

Thanks for the feedback Guardian! Updates will be made.

New uncommon:

Wavecrash

Why so many limits on the card? It's green which has access to some decent battle winners and this one doesn't interrupt, it's limited in who can use it, and it's limited in who it can target. I don't see a green "discard an evil character" getting played and this is less powerful than that in two different ways. To fit the theme of the card and make it more playable I could see something like "If used by an Exodus hero, discard all human evil characters in battle"

Great aesthetics, super lame card. Maybe make it also discard all evil enhancements in play?
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

There will be multiple Moses and Pharaoh cards in the set.

Moses, the Messenger (Green)
Moses, Atop the Mountain (White)
Moses, the Magistrate (Gold)

The Hard-Hearted Pharaoh
The Unbelieving Pharaoh
The Doomed Pharaoh

So how would a token work in this instance? Is it a specific card? Or is it a die? If it is a die, this is debatably broken, because you can have as many dice as you want and just keep using this over and over again. If it is a special card that you place on her and then banish it, that would be ok I think. Also, I think the name should be "Weavers" as it is a generic character. Awesome cards though, loving this set!

I agree that "Weavers" is better (and at the very least, starting a generic character with a definite article is discouraged).

I disagree with the assessment of the card itself. The design is lovely and perfectly-balanced; +1 winstate against a large group of heroes with a secondary ability full of strategy but not too powerful!

Wilderness is beyond OP on so many levels.

Idk how Jethro is working as TC, but without that he'd be a pretty darn cool card. Having to play the balance game to maximize return is something I want to see more of.

Boss card, I love the art. A suggestion I would make is to flip the strength and toughness since first strike is a benefit that only matters in mutual destruction and mutual destruction happens when you have high strength low toughness characters in battle. I don't see there being scenarios where a 7/12 gets to actually use first strike.

No, any ec! fitting for an UR imo, but maybe make it have a limit, like 2 or three times per game idk.

Any more than once per game would be monstrously over powered. JD is right it needs to either have once per game or be limited to opponent's EC.
