I like the idea of King Saul, but I think he's OP right now.  Right now, the wording allowing him, as a hero, to choose any evil character to block.  I think this should be changed to "may draw 2 or choose opponent's evil character to block".  Otherwise, he's an unlimited Amaziah with the option of d2.  As an evil character, I really like the ability.

As for Abner, I really like his ability.  I can't really think of anything to change there.

With Prince Jonathon, I like having him protect Heroes in a territory, but I might even make it more powerful, like protect your Heroes in territory from opponent's cards, or have the protection from capture in addition to the band (although, in my opinion, I think a protection from discard might be more appropriate since he saved David's life).  This might just be me though.  I haven't really used Purple Royalty before.

As far as Michal goes, I'm not quite sure what to think of it.  I realize there are quite a few conditions for it, but I just feel like it's a little OP.  Also, I think immune is the term that is usually used for defense, although I've been a little confused on how the two differ for defensive cards.

Anyways, this is just my two cents.  I definitely think these cards need reprinting, and I like the direction your ideas take them in.

Immune simply mean the X cannot harm your character with the immune ability, while Ignores means the X cannot face you in battle.

Michal is hard to do so I just simply improved her current ability, but with some prerequisites

You're thinking of Repel, which was the evil form of Ignore for a long time.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

King Saul is absolutely OP.  CTB is hard enough to create useful playable counters for, and Saul can do it each time he attacks.  There's a reason King Amaziah works once per game.

Also, CBP CTB is CBN CTB, since CTB abilities are CBI by default.  So this makes Saul even more OP.

You also have Asahel from THeX who has a CTB ability with no limit. Saul's CBP is for if he's evil
