I think there should be a set aside part to the ability. Maybe after the conversion part...

If you don't set aside for 3 turns or something like that.

Big Fish-good fortress
Set this fortress aside. Whenever Jonah has initiative, holder may interrupt the battle and place jonah here for 3 turns. Protect jonah from evil set-aside abilities and being removed from the game. At any time, holder may discard this card to heal Jonah and place him on top of draw pile.
