The overall goal of the N.T. Gold theme is reducing the opponent's deck size (so things like Convincing Miracle and Watchful Servant work sooner).
Perhaps something like:
Each player must draw 2. While opponent has 9 or more cards in hand, N.T enhancements played by The Persistent Widow cannot be negated.
