Ever find yourself in need of a certain named Hero or type of Hero? Look no further!
He's everything you need whenever you need it. A Disciple for My Lord and My God? A Son of Zebedee? Peter for 4 Drachma Coin? Moses or Elijah for Transfiguration? A gold judge (Gideon?) for AutO? A no-special ability judge for Samuel's Edict? Any of the named Heroes on Promised Land? David for Bravery o' David or Unified Kingdom? N.T. or O.T. green Prophet? Flood Survivor? Uses all of your good Enhancements? Yes to all. 8)
This is a concept I've wanted to see in the game for a long time, and Kings o' the Earth makes me hopeful that something like this can work. Jabez, the Blessed (I like that name better than just Jabez) would be a godsend Hero in booster draft, and an amazing combo character, counting as anything you need when he's in play (would not be targetable in deck as anything other than a multi, O.T. male Hero). I think it's fitting that perhaps the most versatile ability conceivable be given to a simple man whose simple prayer was heeded by God.

It is a cool concept, but i feel that this is too broken. Also, the wording is a little weird, but i don't know how to change it. Maybe something like:
"when put in play, choose one brigade and one identifier. Convert Jabez to a hero of that brigade and identifier with no special ability. cannot be negated." I think that is more balanced, but still gives you the versatility.

maybe have him have no identifier and for the ability: when enter battle, convert this hero to a brigade of your choice and gain 1 identifier for this hero. cannot be negated. that way he will change brigades each battle and keep gaining different identifiers

I love this concept.
Great card! :-)

Gaining identifiers would be messy I think, and it wouldn't get around cards that require specific named Heroes to gain the full benefit. As it is right now, you need other cards for Jabez to become amazing, and it only works for your good and neutral cards. I suppose something like this would need to be tested quite a bit to make sure it's not busted, but I think it's got a lot of potential.
