I didn't mean that I"m going to fall into sin and worship them........And yes I know that quote....my mom and I sing southern gospel and that's actually a part of a song that I sing! I know....maybe I shouldn't have said they look really cool....I apologize.
I wasn't actually trying to say that you personally were going to fall into sin, and apologize for not being more clear.  I was just making a broader point about how sin looks good initially, and that is why it is tempting.  And I'm sure that demons also appear at times to be "cool" in order to also suck people in (not you personally, just people in general).

Understood! Do you like the new fixes??

Here are the next cards including an Asherah fix (with new art). I will note that i did not fix Bel or Abimelech. Bel I kept because I think it's still possible to activate the artifact on an animal as animals carried family gods when traveling. And I didn't fix abimelech as it was a minor mistake in the identifier. I didn't really want to take the time to redo the card just to fix that.....lol. So here they are:

I like most of these a lot, though Athens is hilariously OP.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Thanks for the support! Although, which part of Athens do you think is OP'd? I think maybe the protection but that's it.

Being able to search out any card depicting an idol, which includes recursion (getting characters back especially) is really, really strong.  Especially since you can do things like pull out the Greek characters depicting idols in a chain (the best parts of the defense in many cases) because you keep activating.

Beyond that though, your protection currently includes while they are in battle, meaning absolute protection from everything (including by the numbers) unless you negated the site itself, which would definitely be OP ;)

I feel the searches and recurs would probably be too strong on its own, even if the protection were fixed to just territory for the reasons above, but I think he's referring to it being OP because your characters are just unstoppable.

Much better! If you wanted to make it even more fun you could have it activate when a Soul is placed in it for interaction with the various Site emptying mechanics or even just to punish your opponent for rescuing the Soul in there, letting you add another one and search again!

If you take Pol's suggestion and update the ability again, you should check the identifier line. While I'm sure Athens was full of Geeks it's actually a Greek site. :P

Totally gave me a chuckle, though, thanks for that!

That is indeed much better art! The new one seems good, though as one last correction I think the search should be optional ("When a Lost Soul is placed here, you may search deck or discard....") so that you can avoid triggering stuff like Music Leader if you want to.

On the "strength" lost soul, you forgot to specify what x was. Other than that, i really like all these cards, especially the first beast!

Ezekiel seems too strong. All play ablities are negated for one. But more importantly Every turn (including opponents get back drawn sword or forest fire) and you can rescue with any green hero and they are both cbn. So every offensive turn you have a cbn battle winner. And you have them for blocking too. Just seems a bit too much. The worms lost soul needs to lose cbn as well. It stops sog and thematically isn't good for the game that way. Key to life also stops sog and sog can't directly negate it so its probably a bit much. Day of anguish is op. The set aside there is just too long since it's all characters. Moon probably draws too many cards. Citizens of shechem is open particularly for type 2. Have 4 in territory you draw 8 whenever any Canaanite blocks? Manassehs desecration should probably lose the regardless of protection clause. High places might be too strong since it protects the placed enhancements. And unremoseful people should probably lose the CBN clause. Any interrupt battle winner combined with you controlling an ec that draws EC is a cbn interrupt battle winner alone also since the card itself is every brigade any card you take from an opponent is likely a cbn battle winner.

OK wow! so:
1) Ezekiel---I didn't think he was any stronger than the new Moses that is coming. So, that's why I made him so strong. Other than Isaiah + Isaiah's Call, green prophets don't really have a huge boost. And even Call can be easily rounded with CBP or CBN stuff. The original Zeke had Negate play abilities and Good Ezekiel cards were CBN. You rescue with him every turn those abilities happen every turn.  Honestly, the only difference is that I made him fit with the Idol set I'm doing and made him territory class. However, looking back at the dual brigade zeke i see that it shuffled the ezekiel card so I will change him to do that.
2) Worms Soul- I got the idea for good dominants have no effect from The Serpent promo since it paralyzes an opponent's card and resricts the player from even using any dominants. So, with the worms soul, the opponent can't use dominants while that soul is out in play. Once it's rescued it's gone and the opponent can use good doms again. But I can change it to stop speed somehow.
3) Key To Life- I somewhat see your point with that one. If I were to change it I can change the protect dominant portion to "good or evil dominants" If this card were printed and was in a deck facing a new Moses the card wouldn't work anyway. Because new Moses is a freaking beast.
4) Day of Anguish- I see your point with this one as well.  I can change what X means in the identifier. Maybe something along the lines of how many cards opponent drew or how many redeemed souls between both players or all players (multi).
5) Moon- Maybe not as Emp. Vittles has the potential of drawing a lot depending on how many good brigades there are. But I could change it to a limit or to "1/2 of opponent's cards in hand rounded down" or something.
6) Citizens- I've never played type 2 so I have no idea how that works. I only think in type 1 mind. So, for a Canaanite defense, you have potential of drawing 6-7 i think. but i could limit it i guess or just make it "draw 2".
7) Manasseh's Desecration- Not sure why it should lose it. Peter's Sermon has regardless of protection and it's CBN on peter and steven.  My foreign wives was converted by peter the other day even after my opponent was mayhem'd by me. Wives gave Peter inish due to her protection and he slapped me with Sermon and I was clay. So,  I will most likely keep that clause on the card.
8) High Places- I see your point on that. I can take that clause out.
9) Unremorseful People- Yeah reading over that one again.....it's a pretty lousy card.  I will have to change that one up a bit.

Thanks for your comments!!!!

Nice job on all of these. It's really pressie how many cards you're making ideas for. Thoughts: my main issue with mannassehs desecration was it interrupted and did all that. Citizens of shechem is actually even bethere for type 2 now because of multiplayer. The issue with it is since it's generic you can have all 4 copies you have of it in play at once. And since it's TC you'll get 4 separate triggers of it when any Canaanite blocks. That's alot of draw. Day of anguish still might be too strong. It's TC which I think is the biggest issue. Key to life still stops sog too easily for me. It doesn't inherently get rid of itself after time or anything so you just play it and it stops sog seemingly forever. Arrest in Gethsemane at least has to combo with another card for it to happen. Blood red moon is too strong. It's a cbn battle winner for any hero. Don't know why it's weapon class seeing as its the moon and you can't really hold/wield the moon. Nice job on the cards though. Pretty nice artwork too.

Thanks for the awesome compliments! OK:

1)  Manasseh's Desecration- i made it that way to go along with the manasseh's story.
2) Citizen's - how would you suggest i fix it?
3) DoA- I can take out the terriory class.
4) Key to Life- I will try and come up with a combo card for it.
5) Blood Red Moon- I made it WC as Christ wields/holds the Moon as He created it.  It also represents the prophecy in Revelation regarding end times and the battle of armageddon. So that's the idea behind the WC.
