I can see the three cards.

I made and uploaded them using a mac, maybe thats the issues.

Lost Soul - 0/4 multi evil character
SA: When rescued you may surrender a discarded hero instead to convert this card to an Evil Character. Protected from decrease. Cannot be Prevented.

Balanced Scales - Artifact
Restrict opponents from deactivating artifacts. Place on an artifact to negate that card. At any point opponent may shuffle a dominant from hand or territory to shuffle a negated artifact.

Foreign Spear - 12/0 multi evil enhancement

I also could not see the Scales one, as it did not load and I had to copy the url and follow it manually.  Odd thing is that while I'm replying, now it's showing up.  Probably just a connection issue, but throwing out there that I had similar issues.

1. I don't like the Lost Soul just because I'd have having to deal with the confusion that would follow, and the fact that it is basically a self-burial if not negated.  That's too powerful to include for T1.  I think it's a really cool card, but it basically must be rescued by SoG or while it is negated or your deck only has 6 souls in it.

2. Is someone perhaps trying to deal with U+T?    This looks like an actually effective Joseph's Silver Cup, and I like it (though I'm not sure the verse works as well for the ability?).

However...the rest of it is where you lose me.  It basically lets the holder keep this active in future turns without paying a cost through activation; even though they cannot deactivate that's still added power.  Also...targeting a card based on whether it is negated is messy, and I'm not sure that is actually doable.  It just feels...messy from there.  Why not just leave it on the artifact pile, protect itself from shuffle and allow the shuffle to be done to ANY artifact?

The lost souls isn't that bad.  You have to give up a rescue for the benefit and it turns all discarded hero's into a replacement soul. I don't think its OP for t1 at all.

The artifact is cool but I agree with Dayne that it should stay in your artifact pile. Otherwise whoever get to use it first locks down the opponents art spot and can still use their arts and that may be too strong.

Foreign spear is a niche card and really only good for toss situations it's not remotely close to OP and a 1 for one combo with foreign spearman doesn't not make it OP at all.

The Lost Soul would make for a cool way to resurrect a hero though. You could surrender it, fall it away and the activate I Am Redemption or something along the lines. Jus' sayin'...

Smart combo, but I don't think it would be worth a slot in a T1 deck though.

The lost soul would give you an evil character if you had none to block and acts as a minor tgt counter by adding a multi colored character to your territory after the battle.

The soul was crated to help stave off evil character drought.

Smart idea, hit two birds with one stone.
