How does the Every Evil character gains a brigade fit with the verse, and how does it fit with it being a good card?

There are many, many good cards that get stronger the more brigades one's opponent has. It's also a wallbreaker as you can keep piling brigades on and finish it off with a Job Overcomes or wait until they're forced to add Gold and then use a Miriam without worrying about Golgotha. The reason it seems to work like an evil card is the concept that all rulers are rulers by God's authority, and he raises them up for his purposes. Originally I had it apply only to kings and emperors but for usability I just made it all EC's.

In that case, I'd restrict it to human ECs for thematic purposes, but it's not a big deal. I love the combo potential of the card. I think it should say "On activation" or something, unless you only meant the EC to have that brigade while it is active.

I don't like I Am King because it doesn't sound like its talking about God (which is what the I Am's are supposed to be)
