Babylon only protects from Conversion in battle (and Capture, but there are like what, two good Capture cards?). Babs can still be Discarded, removed, set aside, shuffled, etc.

Maybe in battle rather than play? No. A it gets rid of captured heroes, gives you more to rescue, and lets you draw. There is no downside!
