But also, I think it'd be cool to have it search deck or discard.

Love the idea, but I still use the old Harvest Time in several of my decks. 8)

this would make it a pretty good competitor with other doms, is this too op?

Did you just propose a good Dominant that negates opponent's neutral cards and searches your deck for AUTO?

I think it needs to search for a NT hero, as originally proposed.

You forgot to mention that if they don't have Nazareth or Hezekiah's Ring of Power out you could also use Second Coming to pull it . . . ;)
