i really wonder what happened to number fighting......(Not FbtN Banding nitpickers, I mean Enhancements) so...

You can't negate CBN...sorta...defeats the purpose. Also FBTN is very powerful so it doesn't need any help. Btw this card is pretty useless it stops CBN banding only.
