Giving Evil Convert a Shot in the arm.

Spread like Cancer 0/0 Brown EE
"Place on a human hero. That hero decreases 0/3 per turn. When that hero reaches 0/0 convert the hero to a brown brigade evil character with the ability "May band to another NT human evil character." Then place this card on another hero."

2 Timothy 2:17. This kind of talk spreads like cancer. Hymenaeus and Philetus are examples of this.

Preaching Lies Grey EE 0/0
"Convert a human hero to a gray evil character and take control of it. That character gains the ability 'May use enhancements from another brigade.'"

2 Timothy 2:18. They have left the path of truth, preaching the lie that the resurrection of the dead has already occurred; and they have undermined the faith of some.

Hymenaeus Gray 4/5 EC
"Convert a human hero in territory to a gray brigade evil character. May band with Philetus. CBP"

Philetus Gray 5/4 EC
"If Hymenaeus is in battle holder may withdraw Philetus from battle to convert one NT human hero in battle to a gray brigade evil character."

2 Timothy 2:17. This kind of talk spreads like cancer. Hymenaeus and Philetus are examples of this.
18. They have left the path of truth, preaching the lie that the resurrection of the dead has already occurred; and they have undermined the faith of some.

Love it.  Goes great with Brown's decreasing theme.  And you can play it with High Places...  This could be a nasty card.

Preaching Lies Grey EE 0/0
"Convert a human hero to a gray evil character and take control of it. That character gains the ability 'May use enhancements from another brigade.'"

By "take control", do you mean "band into battle"?  Otherwise I really like it.  Maybe it could even say "Convert a human to a gray evil character and band character into battle.  That character gains the ability "May use enhancements from another brigade"."

Is there a reason that Hymenaeus affects any human hero, but Philetus only affects NT human heroes?

Some of these are just way too powerful. I could live with Hymenaeus if Philetus didn't also have a convert ability. And these cards don't even have costs...at all. Philetus sort of I guess, but withdrawing one of two characters in battle to probably win a battle is hardly a cost.

I agree with BB, Hymenaeus and Philetus need a greater cost to be able to convert 2 heroes to evil characters each block.  But I think the enhancements are well done.

Love the first one, though it should be called "Cancerous Words" imo. It also needs "if used by an N.T. Evil Character" for balance. Even with that it would be a monster in T2.

The second one is ok, though it should either say "of any Brigade" or specify in some other way how the mechanic works.

Third one is awesome if fourth one is nerfed hard.

Fourth one is pretty much the most O.P. thing since sliced milk.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I always have to have SOME OP'd thing in my list.  I couldn't figure out how to balance out the other guy. Any suggestions on how to nerf?

No I mean like seven wicked spirits stealing control. Character stealing is something I really wanna see implemented.

"Choose one brigade. Evil character may use enhancements of that brigade till end of turn."
Rather than Another brigade?

Cancerous Words
0/0 Brown EE
"Place on a human hero. That hero decreases 0/3 per turn. When that hero is */0 or less, it is converted to a brown brigade evil character and gains the ability 'May band to another NT human evil character', and then this ability reactivates."

Preaching Lies Grey EE 0/0
"Convert a human hero to a gray evil character. That character gains the ability, 'Choose one brigade. Evil character may use enhancements of that brigade this turn.' You control the character."

Hymenaeus Gray 4/5 EC
"May band to Philetus to make character abilities unnegatable."

Philetus Gray 5/4 EC
"If Hymenaeus is in battle, you may convert one NT human hero to a gray evil character."

Howsabouts that?

Hymeanes and philetus are even more OP'd cuz now you can't even negate philetus and unnegatable should read "Cannot be negated" i think - unnegatable jus dont sound rite

I agree with fyero. It just don't sound rite ;)

I like those two because it takes up two cards in a deck to pull off anyway. you could draw one and be waiting the entire game for the other. I like them.

You need both of them for either of them to do anything, they can be prevented, they only target a NT hero, and they give opponent's characters CBN as well. I thought if anything they were UP the way I worded them. I agree unnegatable sounded weird, but I couldn't bring myself to use the wording "make abilities cannot be negated." Maybe it works in Redemption, but I would be barraged with classic literature books and bony fists for making a sentence like this in another atmosphere.

The Hyme and Phil combo is a bit op'd but I like the Idea for Phil.
Preaching lies is awesome I want that to be made a card!
and
That first card is good but imo take out the add ability part with Sowing the Seed cant do cool things like that then that card shouldnt be able to either :p

All around nice ideas though!

Okay, that is much better. Thank you Lambo. But the real question is, do you like it?

Oh, and RR, I'm sorry for stealing all your ideas and making them better so that everyone would like me better than you. ;)
