Ok here is my Idea for 4 new cards featuring the infamous 4 riders.  These are my first card creations so be gentle ;)

Name: Famine • Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Black/Orange • Ability: 8 / 8 • Class: None • Special Ability: No player may draw more than 1 card at a time while this card is in play. • Identifiers: NT Male Demon Rider • Verse: Revelation 6:5

Name: Death & Hades • Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Pale Green/Orange • Ability: 8 / 8 • Class: None • Special Ability: Reduce opponent's hand to 6 cards while this card is in play. • Identifiers: NT Male Demon Rider • Verse: Revelation 6:8

Name: War • Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Crimson/Orange • Ability: 8 / 8 • Class: None • Special Ability: Discard one of your Artifacts, Sites or Fortresses to Interrupt all Fortresses and Choose two human characters that are not in battle to fight each other. • Identifiers: NT Male Demon Rider • Verse:Revelation 6:4

Name: Conquest • Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Gray/Orange • Ability: 8 / 8 • Class: None • Special Ability: If you win this battle, you may Heal one hero in battle to take a site from opponent.  • Identifiers: NT Male Demon Rider • Verse: Revelation 6:2

I like all these ideas. Some of them might not be powerful enough, though.

Which ones seem under powered?  I think Famine is strong enough it cripples speed drawing decks.  The others, well I didn't want every one to come and chime in saying "OP, OP, those cards are OP" which is usually the first comment on the new card threads.

Suggestions?

Ironica, I never even saw your thread, wasn't trying to copy your ideas or anything.

I don't think it would be unreasonable for Famine to negate all drawing abilities, because speed decks often do the drawing before their opponent blocks anyway.

Death and Hades always seemed UP to me. Maybe it could reduce opponent's hand by two cards instead, or maybe reduce for the remainder of the game or something.

War is awesome, although WoP would stop it dead in its tracks (so maybe have it interrupt all fortresses).

Conquest might actually be OP. It should probably say something more simple, like, "If you win this battle, take an opponent's single color site," or at least give it some kind of cost (like to discard a human EC or evil weapon or something).

But Famine currently also stops the draw at the beginning of the turn down to one, I didn't want to stall the game too much.

I liked the idea for War I'll change it to interrupt all fortresses, I also agree D&H is UP, I'll kick it down ;) a notch.

OP, OP, those cards are OP!

 :D

I would abuse War like no other. Also, if "winning" on conquest simply means having higher numbers... that card would truely be OP if you got a huge banding chain before it.

Winning would be whatever is winning for an ec, hero removal by SA or by the numbers.  but it only works at battle resolution so your opponent can still stop it.

Thats not how it's worded. Right now, it would work as soon as he enters, provided he is "winning."

"If character is winning at the end of battle" is a kind of awkward phrase. I would just go with "If you win this battle, you may take an opponent's site." Also, I would make him Orange/Brown. :maul:

No, I feel there at least needs to be a cost, letting the hero live is at least a cost even if a weak one.  And since many sources consider the first rider to be the anti-christ (a false religious leader) I felt he fit better in gray, not to mention making him brown would make him waaaay OP.  :P

War should have some sort of balancing element, or I'd abuse the snot out of it. Other than that, I love all of these cards. I'd word conquest: "If you win this battle, you may heal one defeated Hero to take a single-color Site and add it to your territory.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Once per Game is an easy fix, as is "if you do, Discard this card after battle."

Hrmm I don't really like the idea  of once per game, God gave this guy power to make people war once per game seems to small, and discarding him seems meh too.  I am trying to think of something not done a lot in redemption something new.  Maybe something that would cause incentive to war like, discarding a site, fortress, artifact?

I had a new idea for Conquest, will probably make him OP ;) :

Name: Conquest • Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Gray/Orange • Ability: 8 / 8 • Class: None • Special Ability: If you win this battle, you may take an unoccupied single color site from an opponent and cause the battle to end as a stalemate.  If opponent doesn't have one, discard one of their Fortresses instead  • Identifiers: NT Male Demon Rider • Verse: Revelation 6:2

If you win this battle, you may take an unoccupied single color site from an opponent and cause the battle to end as a stalemate.  If opponent doesn't have one, discard one of their Fortresses instead
The error in that ability is that once you have won the battle it is already over, so you cannot end it as a stalemate.

Here's what I would to for these cards:

Name: War • Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Crimson/Orange • Ability: 8 / 8 • Class: None • Special Ability: You may interrupt all fortresses and force two Warrior Class humans to fight each other. • Identifiers: NT Male Demon Rider • Verse: Revelation 6:4

Name: Conquest • Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Brown/Orange • Ability: 8 / 8 • Class: None • Special Ability: If you win this battle, you may take an opponent's site. If he has none, you may discard one of his good fortresses instead. • Identifiers: NT Male Demon Rider • Verse: Revelation 6:2

Sweet and simple. :)
Use the Mad Bomber to rescue his Province.
