You'd have to change the last part to a protection ability, Dominants are CBN by default

Gramma Nazi:

On topic, you can't negate AotL and Grapes.  Rather, protect everything from them.

your hyperlink doesn't work Kittens

yeah now it'll work as intended. One final spelling thing (that no one should care about but they will) It's Angel of the Lord, not Angle, unless there is a card I don't know about

I like the concept, but I agree with the above, it needs to protect from AotL & GoW. It is a little UP though, maybe instead of "May be placed on Doubt," you could say, "May be placed on an Orange evil character."

I was wondering if a card like this would compel any players to add Doubt to there deck or would it still not be enough bang for your card slots?

Probably not, but if you changed it to say may be placed on an Orange EC, then it could be very useful.

"Holder" is referring to the character Fear is placed on.

I thought saying "may place" on a territory class enhancement would be redundant. Now I see the character has now way to hold the enhancement. I'll add an identifier when I can.

Nope, there's nothing synonymous about TC and placing.  There sure are a lot of placing TC, though.
