This is definitely not UP. In fact, it might be OP, as it is a CBN way to band KoT (along with possibly an entire army (including Wandering Spirit so none of them die)) into battle, which is why I would word it like this: "Band all NT demons into battle." The only thing about this is that it doesn't really make sense for an OT card.

Basically, I am saying that I like the ability, and I agree that a should be made based on this idea, but I do not think that the two things should go together. :)

For an Entering of Sin card, I would do something like this:

Entering of Sin
0/0 Multicolor Territory-Class Evil Enhancement
"Place in an opponent's territory. Prevent that player's Chariot of Fire and all abilities that protect or heal that player's heroes."
