Every time an opponent discards a card from hand (except during discard phase), you may discard a card of the same type to draw two.

It's a interesting concept but you would need a good verse and card title to back it up. IMO we don't anything more to help speed even if you are paying a cost.

Without the drawing it's balanced. With the drawing it's OP.

That could work, or it could also go this direction:

"Every time your opponent Discards a card from hand (except during Discard Phase) you may Discard a card of the same type."

Maybe I'm missing something obvious (probably), but I don't see how this would be at all useful for you to want to do. Orange I could maybe see, but not gray.


Also, evil enhancements don't get above 6 in total numbers, so it should probably be either 2/4 or 3/3.

Ah, I think I see what he was getting at now. Did you mean "every time you Discard a card from opponent's hand...?"

The wording for what you want would be "Any time a card is Discarded from (an?) opponent's hand..."
