The way these cards are written, as soon as you put a LS in Media, Cyrus the Great becomes bulletproof. The last thing this game needs is more bulletproof heroes - Gideon and King Hez are bad enough, as there are so few EEs with "Regardless of protection..." abilities.Also, Cyrus' Decree shouldn't recur itself. For a GE to self-recur, it either needs to be played in battle, or have a very mild TC ability. Cyrus' Decree isn't mild.

However, if the site is negated he wouldn't be. I know the likely hood of that happening is tough because not everyone plays Isaiah's call....lol. And yes, CD is not mild. However, it's negateable. What would you suggest on that?
Regarding the Decree (either version), there is no special ability in Redemption with the keyword "remove." If you meant "remove from the game" then you have to actually use the whole phrase, "remove" by itself has no meaning. Just fyi.
