This is a cool idea. I think conditional battle-winners are good for the game and help encourage variety in deck building. To clarify what thecoolguy mentioned, the ability could be worded this way and have the same effect: "Interrupt the battle. If a disciple is in battle, you may reveal Son of God from your hand to withdraw all Evil Characters. Cannot be negated."
I think the card is strong, just like any other ITB and remove all ECs from battle (Royal Parade is a similar one from the most recent set), although the restriction might be too limited to make it playable. Since once you draw it, you might have already played Son of God or you haven't been able to draw it yet. Although with The Second Coming being a new card from the Cloud of Witnesses set that can search discard pile for Son of God, maybe it would work well. And the disciples theme also has Disciples of the Lamb. A CBN interrupt and withdraw-all definitely shouldn't be unrestricted though, so that's a good start.
I think you meant to use Luke 8:33, not 13, which is actually the reference for a card already called Suicidal Swine Stampede. It's from the Disciples set which, from your other post, sounds like was the next set being released after you stopped playing. I don't know if there's necessarily any issue with using the same verse on a different card, but there might be other options for verses that would fit better. One option to stick with the same story could be to use verse 28 in which Legion calls Jesus "Son of the Most High God" (NIV). There are a couple other cards too that have similar themes that could potentially be reprinted as well. My Lord and My God is another card from the disciples set in reference to Thomas' confession that Jesus had actually risen and was standing in front of Him. You Are the Christ is a card from the I Starter Deck that references Peter's confession that Jesus is the Messiah in Matthew 16:16. Just some ideas for you to consider.
