Shema is intrigueing. I'm sure there are ways to manipulate it, but it seems solid. As for Diaspora, since you are essentially setting aside all OT heroes without a way to reenter (other than Shema) and it's CBN, it might be a bit too powerful (though, to be fair, it's in the worst two brigades as of now).
