Booster Draft? side battles...yeah...

I might make it a good enhancement. "Set aside any evil character for 3 turns, discard character on return." or something.

How about, "negate evil protection. Discard a NT evil character in play. CBN if discarding Judas"

Isn't Judas' SA CBN? If so, I'd just say "regardless of protection" so it can actually discard Judas.

That's why I made it a EE in the first place, but any intended effect would be anti-evil.  I'm not sure how that would work.

How about something like, "If used by a NT human, search deck or discard pile for a NT artifact and activate it. Discard EC after battle." That's accurate enough.
